Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and supplement seals remain unbroken.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
